How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password for your Capitalise account, don't worry – you can easily reset it from the login screen.

Important Note: You must be logged out of your Capitalise account to complete this action. If you are currently logged in, please log out first.

Here's how to reset your password:

1. Go to the Capitalise login screen:

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Capitalise (capitalise.com) home page.

  • Once on this page, click on the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the screen (or click here)

2. Click "Forgot password":

  • On the login screen, below the fields for your email and password, you will find a link that says "Forgot password?" Click on this link.

3. Enter your registered email address:

  • You will be taken to a new screen where you need to enter the email address that is registered to your Capitalise account. This is where the password reset link will be sent.

4. Click "Reset password?":

  • After entering your email address, click the "Reset password" button.

5. Check your email:

  • A password reset link will be sent to the email address you provided. Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder, just in case). Note, if you did not receive an email from us, then you do not have an account registered to the email provided.

  • Click on the link within the email to proceed with setting a new password. This link is usually time-sensitive, so use it promptly.

6. Set your new password:

  • The link will direct you back to Capitalise, where you can create and confirm your new password. Make sure it's strong and unique.

Once you've set your new password, you can use it to log in to your Capitalise account immediately.
