How do I update my billing details?

Keeping your billing details current is important to ensure uninterrupted access to your Capitalise subscription. You can easily manage your payment methods and billing address through our secure customer portal.

Here's how to update your billing details:

1. Access the Billing Portal:

  • Click on this secure link to go directly to the billing portal login page.

2. Enter your registered email address:

  • On the portal's login page, enter the email address you use for your Capitalise account.

3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP):

  • For security purposes, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be immediately sent to the email address you just entered.

  • Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this OTP.

  • Copy and enter this password into the designated field on the portal's login page.

4. Manage your billing details:

  • Once successfully logged in, you will be able to manage your billing and payment information. You can:

  • Manage payment methods: Add new payment cards or remove old ones.

  • Update existing card details: Edit details for cards already on file (e.g., expiry dates)

  • Update your billing address: Change the address associated with your payments.

Make sure to save any changes you make within the portal. These updates will take effect immediately for your future Capitalise payments.
