How can I download an invoice?

Keeping track of your billing history and downloading invoices for your Capitalise subscription is quick and easy. You can access all your monthly invoices directly from your account.

Here’s how to download an invoice:

1. Log in to Capitalise:

  • Start by logging into your Capitalise account using your current email address and password.

2. Navigate to "Manage my account":

  • Once logged in, click on your user avatar (icon with your initials found in the top right corner of the screen).

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Manage my account."

3. Go to the "Billing" page:

  • On the "Manage my account" page, look for and click on the "Billing" page in the navigation menu. This section is dedicated to your subscription payments and history.

4. View history and download invoices:

  • From the "Billing" page, you will be able to view your complete billing history. Each month's payment will be listed.

  • For each entry, you should find an option or a link to download your monthly invoice (often as a PDF file). Simply click on the relevant invoice to download it to your device.

You can then save, print, or share your downloaded invoices as needed for your records.
