Credit Bundle add-ons are managed directly within your account. They follow the same billing period as your main subscription and will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
How to cancel an add-on:
You can individually cancel bundles at any time via your Billing page. Cancellations are scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
Log in to your Capitalise account and navigate to the Billing page.
Scroll to the Usage & Limits section.
Locate the specific bundle you wish to cancel and click "Remove bundle".
Review the change and provide optional feedback for the removal.
Confirm the change.
The bundle will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
