How do I change my email and password?

Keeping your account secure and up-to-date is important. You can easily change your registered email address and password for your Capitalise account within your profile settings.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to Capitalise:

  • Start by logging into your Capitalise account using your current email address and password.

2. Navigate to "Manage my account":

  • Once logged in, click on your user avatar (icon with your initials found in the top right corner of the screen).

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Manage my account."

3. Access Security settings:

  • On the "Profile settings" page, look for the "Security" area.

  • Within this section, you will find dedicated areas for:

    • "Change email address"

    • "Change password"

4. Enter new details and Save:

  • To change your email address: Enter your new desired email address and click the “Save changes” button to confirm the update.

  • To change your password: Enter your current password, then enter your new password, Make sure your new password meets any security requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters).

  • After entering your new security details, click the "Save changes" button to confirm your update.

Your new email address and/or password will be updated immediately, and you will use these new credentials for all future logins
