Why is there no annual accounts data available for my company?

If annual accounts are not visible on your Capitalise profile, possible reasons include:

  • Your company is newly incorporated and hasn’t yet passed its first accounts filing deadline.

  • Your company hasn’t yet submitted accounts to Companies House.

  • The filed accounts haven’t yet been processed and made public by Companies House.

  • Dormant companies or those with minimal activity may also have limited or no detailed financial data available.

To resolve this:

  • Log into your Companies House account to verify your filing history.

  • Ensure your business has submitted its accounts on time and in full to prevent gaps in your credit profile.
