How can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your Capitalise subscription, you can do so easily at any time directly from your account.

Important notes:

  • All premium plans have a minimum 1-month subscription term.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

  • Should you request to cancel with any outstanding invoices, we will continue to seek payment for those invoices.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to Capitalise:

  • Start by logging into your Capitalise account using your current email address and password.

2. Navigate to "Manage my account":

  • Once logged in, click on your user avatar (icon with your initials found in the top right corner of the screen).

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Manage my account."

3. Go to the "Billing" page:

  • On the "Manage my account" page, look for and click on the "Billing" page in the navigation menu. This section is dedicated to your subscription payments and history.

4. Select "Change plan":

  • Within the "Your plan" section on the "Billing" page, you will find a button that says "Change plan." Click this button.

5. Downgrade your plan to "Free":

  • You will be taken to the "Compare plans" view, which displays all available subscription tiers.

  • To cancel your paid subscription, select the "Free" plan option. This effectively downgrades your account to the free tier.

6. Confirm the change:

  • Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your decision to downgrade your plan. You may be asked to confirm your reason for cancelling.

Once confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled, and your account will revert to the "Free" plan at the end of your current billing cycle. You will no longer be charged for a premium plan.
