How do I check my finance options? Will I be contacted? What support is available if I have questions?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Checking your business finance options with Capitalise is online, quick and free. Here’s how the process works and what to expect:

  • Checking your options

To see what funding offers might be available, simply log in or sign up for a free Capitalise account. Once you’re logged in, you can start a funding search by entering a few details about your business and what you need.

Our platform will instantly match your business against 130 UK lenders offering an extended range of financing products. If you are eligible for funding, one of our funding specialist will be in touch with you to discuss your options. If you decide to move forward with applying to one or more of the finance options, your funding specialist will help you gather the requirement documents, finalise your application, and liaise with the lender on your behalf.

Important: an eligibility check does not harm your credit score; it’s a soft search.

  • Will anyone contact me?

After you’ve checked your options, Capitalise’s funding team may reach out to offer support. The purpose of this contact is to answer any questions you have about the offers, help you compare or interpret them, and assist in moving forward with an application if you choose. You will not receive unwanted sales calls from lenders. We act as a buffer between you and the lenders on our platform.

  • Support and questions

If you have questions at any point, whether it’s understanding an offer, needing help with the application, or anything else, our experts are available to help.

    • you can reach out to your assigned Capitalise funding specialist can provide one-on-one guidance.

    • you can also contact our general support line at 020 3696 9700 or email support@capitalise.com.
