Log in to online banking (web or app).
Find the statements section; look for “Statements”, “Documents”, or “Transaction History”.
Select account and date range (month or custom range – many banks let you access up to 5–7 years).
Download or view as PDF/CSV. Some banks use a “Print” button that lets you save as PDF.Save securely on your computer or cloud storage.
Tip: PDF is the preferred format for official purposes since it’s uneditable.
